Rental Rules and Terms of Service

**Terms of Service**
Welcome to the website of D&M Bounce House Rentals, located at N Goodger Drive, Milton, WI. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the rental services we offer. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

**Rental Agreement**
D&M Bounce House Rentals provides inflatable play structures for parties and events. Our rentals are designed for specific time frames, and you must adhere to these schedules unless an extension is mutually agreed upon in writing. It is the renter's responsibility to supervise and ensure the safety of all individuals using our equipment.

**Rental Times**
Rentals are for 8 hours total unless you have chosen the overnight option or you and D&M Bounce House Rentals have made other arrangements.  Set ups are generally completed in the morning with pick ups in the afternoon before nightfall. If you need a different schedule, you may discuss this at booking with D&M Bounce House Rentals and we will be happy to assist in accommodating your unique schedule. 

**Liability Waiver**
While we strive for excellence in safety and quality with all our products, D&M Bounce House Rentals cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that occur during equipment use. By utilizing our service, you agree to accept full responsibility for all risks associated with operating any rented items from us. Renter must ensure that proper safety precautions are in place during use. This includes any private underground utilities where the bounce house will be staked down.

**General Rules**
(a) Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the unit at the same time. 
(b) All users MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the unit. 
(c) To avoid risk of neck injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED. 
(d) CHILDREN’S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE, THE SAFETY OF ALL USERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. 
(e) Absolutely NO “SILLY STRING”, CANDY, OR GUM, FOOD, DRINK OR STICKY SUBSTANCE are allowed on the unit.  If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a cleaning fee shall be imposed. 
(f) DO NOT MOVE THE UNIT from the place where it was installed. If the unit moves, pull it back to its original location of installation. 
CAUTION: KEEP THE UNIT AWAY FROM SWIMMING POOLS. 

**Payment Terms**
Payment for rental services must be completed before delivery or you may pay cash upon delivery. We accept various payment methods for your convenience; however, final confirmation and scheduling depend on a deposit of $75. Should payment not be received within the specified time frame, D&M Bounce House Rentals reserves the right to cancel your booking.

**Cancellations and Refunds**
In the event of a cancellation by you or due to weather conditions that make setup impossible or unsafe, we offer rescheduling options based on availability. For cancellations made within 7 calendar days leading up to your scheduled event, you will be charged the full $75 deposit you paid upon booking.  For cancellations made prior to the 7 calendar day window, leading up to your scheduled event, a $5 only cancellation fee will be applied. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience to discuss any changes or cancellations.

**Rescheduling** 
In the event you need to reschedule either due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, reschedules are allowed at no extra charge to you.  Reschedules are subject to availability.

**Rain Policy**
During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this agreement, there will be no refunds. If the weather turns worse than originally expected and the unit is picked up early as a result, there will be no refunds.

These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice. It is recommended that you review this document periodically as continued use of the website indicates acceptance of these updated terms.
