Where can my bounce house be set up and what do I need?

All inflatables must be placed on grass or dirt (avoid muddy areas) to ensure they can be properly staked down. The unit should be within 100 feet of a 15-20 amp circuit, which must be dedicated solely to powering the inflatable to prevent any potential power issues. The inflatable’s motor typically draws 9.5+ amps.

D&M Bounce House Rentals will supply everything needed to power the unit, you just need the outlet and the flat space!

Does D&M Bounce House Rentals set up and take down the inflatable structures?

Yes, we handle all setup and takedown of the inflatables to ensure a safe, convenient, and enjoyable experience for our customers.

How far in advance should I book a rental?

If you're planning a fun event and want to make sure you have one of our awesome bounce houses ready to go, we recommend giving us a heads-up and booking it as far in advance as possible. This way, you'll have peace of mind knowing your entertainment is secured for the big day. 

What is the $75 deposit and will I get it back?

To secure your rental date with us, a deposit of $75 per unit is required. This deposit not only holds your reservation but is also fully refundable, provided that the bounce house is returned to us in good condition without any damages. Normal wear and tear is expected. Booking is not final until this deposit is paid. The deposit is refunded after the rental unit is picked up and inspected.  The refund is issued immediately by D&M Bounce House Rentals and generally takes 5 to 10 business days to return to you depending on the processing time of your financial institute. 

How long do I get to keep my bounce house for?

Our standard rental period is eight hours but we will do our best to accommodate your event schedule.  Set up begins at a scheduled time in the morning. Please note that multiple bounce houses will need picked up from different locations and your rental will need to have a scheduled pick up time that ensures all bounce houses have been picked up before night fall. Should you wish to extend the fun and keep the bounce house for a longer period, we also offer the option of overnight rentals. This ensures that your event can continue into the evening without interruption.

*Overnight rentals are picked up first thing in the morning in order to accommodate next day rentals.

If I rent more than one bounce house at the same event, is there more than one delivery fee?

No. We only charge one delivery fee per event. Delivery charges are based on location only and are not charged per unit. 

Are there discounts for school events?

We strive to maintain budget-friendly rates for all. Currently, our pricing structure does not include special discounts for school events.
